Five Keys to Losing Belly Fat:



1. Exercise.  Even though there is a diet system to help you lose weight without exercising much, it is best for your health to start an aerobic exercise program.  

2.  Calorie Restriction.  The same is true about restricting calories.  You can use diet formulas like TRIM XS that will help you lose weight without changing your diet.  However, you are much better off to incorporate a low calorie diet with what ever diet plan you use.  

3.  Weight training or some type of resistance training.  The loss of muscle mass as we age is a major factor in contributing a lower calorie burning rate.  If you build your muscle mass through weight training you will increase your metabolic rate and you will burn more calories while resting as well as when you work out. 

4.  Walking.  Walk more whenever possible.  When you can take the stairs instead of the elevator do it.  Take the dogs for a walk, stand more than you sit at work.  Take a walk at lunch time before you eat to raise your metabolism.  

5.  Eat more often during the day.  Try to eat smaller meals throughout the day.  This will help keep your metabolism at a higher rate and you will avoid having your body go into fat storing mode if you restrict calories.
